Leisa Moseley is an action-minded entrepreneur, speaker, activist, and builder of women! She has made it her mission to ensure that every woman she meets knows, understands, and embraces her value and self-worth! She is the founder and president of Action Company Consulting, a personal and political development firm specializing in female candidates. Her company aims to ensure that more women have the opportunity to run for and be elected to political office.

In 2010, with a desire to see more women in elected office, she launched her firm and continues to be sought out for her comprehensive approach to addressing issues that female candidates who are running for office may face. 

With her background in politics, she served as an organizer for Barack Obama’s 2008 Presidential campaign. Once the 08 campaign was over, she continued her campaign work, serving on winning teams for local races. In 2009, she returned to work for President Obama’s “Organizing for America” organization as a Regional Field Director. Leisa has worked on four National campaigns: Obama '08 as an organizer,  Bernie 2016 as a strategist, Bernie 2020 as the NV Political Director, and Marianne 2024 as a Senior Advisor.

Leisa is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and panelist on topics ranging from women in politics, policing, and juvenile justice to the role of self-worth in our lives. 

Leisa is the author of “Eat My Dessert First,” the blog that is dedicated to inspiring and building women spiritually, mentally, and emotionally and teaching women to embrace their self-worth. Leisa is devoted to helping eliminate domestic violence with a focus on healing perpetrators. She is a researcher interested in the economic, social, political, and environmental factors influencing why perpetrators resort to violence to express their emotions.  

Active in her community, Leisa is an executive board member of the Clark County Black Caucus and chairs its judicial committee. She also serves on the Attorney General’s Committee on Domestic Violence and Clark County Nevada's Citizens Advisory Council on Juvenile Justice. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother and lives in Las Vegas.
